Chemotherapy, RPLND and radiation therapy for testicular cancer

In almost all testicular cancer cases, an orchiectomy is performed to remove the affected testicle. When cancer has spread beyond the testicle, however, additional treatment like chemotherapy, RPLND or radiation therapy is required.
